Earth Medicine Kids Camp

 Get your kids in touch with the great outdoors with Earth Medicine Kids Camp!


This summer, Heart's Garden is offering 5 days of nature based FUN for kiddos ages 6-10.

In these fun filled sessions, we'll learn about different aspects of nature and our role within it through a variety of outdoor games, crafts, mindfulness activities and more!


Camp will be held every other Thursday from 10-2pm.

Dates are : June 11th & 25th, July 9th & 23rd, and August 6th

Cost is $175 for all 5 sessions!


There are only 5 spots available, and pre-payment is required to secure your child's spot.


Please send your child with a cold/picnic lunch.

We'll have bug spray and sunscreen to provide as needed, but send your own or apply at home if you have specific brand preferences!

Gentle Yoga

For nearly 8 years I've been creating this safe and gentle container for all to truly come as they are. Together, we work to cultivate loving kindness for self and others on the mat. Join me Monday mornings at 9am for a practice of mindfulness, self-inventory, and gentle movement that nurtures the mind, body and soul.

Earth Medicine (or Forest Therapy) group sessions are really what light my soul on fire. Whether hosting on my own private land, or exploring new terrain, creating a healing experience in nature, in community, is a dream come true.
